Life
- Born in South Carolina
- Oldest of three sons born to Dr. Willie (Bill) & Mrs. Patricia (Pat) Boyd of Florence, South Carolina
- Accepted call to the ministry on February 14, 1991
- Earned degrees in Engineering, Management, Religion and Philosophy
- Married wife, Vida, on June 20, 1998
- Two children:
- Seven-year old son named Will III (Tre’)
- Four-year old daughter named Gabrielle Elise (Brie)
- Worked in Engineering & Management in U.S. and The People’s Republic of China
- Named an Assistant Chief by the King of James Town in Accra, Ghana.
- Lectured/Ministered in Africa, China, and The United Kingdom
- Elevated to the Office of the Archbishop in 2007
- Chief Servant & Founding Apostle of Zion Ministries (overseeing & serving as archbishop to +400 churches)
- Former Dean of Student Success & Instructor of Management at Greenville College
- Adjunct Assitant Professor at Greenville College
- First African American elected to City Council, Greenville, Illinois (Bond County)
